Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise specified our products have a 1-year warranty. LOC Medical only replaces items if they are defective or damaged due to an error in manufacturing. If the order is damaged after delivery we cannot provide refunds or exchanges.
If an order is returned the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund even on free shipping offers. Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on the shipping address, the time it may take for an exchanged product to be delivered may vary. When returning an item always use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we always receive returned items. If the item is lost during shipping, we do not take responsibility and will not grant a refund or a replacement.
After an order payment has been processed, the order details are immediately sent to the fulfilment department for shipping. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.

* LOC Medical is not responsible for re-shipment if the address provided during ordering was incorrect or incomplete.
* If for whatever reason delivery is refused, we charge a 20% handling fee. If a package is returned after unsuccessful delivery (due to customers absence or incorrect or incomplete delivery address) we charge a 20% handling fee.
HOSPITAL TV RENTAL REFUNDS
Hospital TV rental services are non-refundable other than for extenuating circumstances (e.g. TV did not work).
